RVCA to plant a Forest in Burritt's Rapids LOG IN Login Request

The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority (RVCA) has a proposal to plant 120
trees in the small green space just south of the Burritt's Rapids Library. Their intent is to control shoreline erosion, and create a 'Shoreline Naturalization' demonstration plot. Directed by attendees at the 2012 AGM, the Community Association has invited the RVCA and Parks Canada staff to present their proposal to the Community, which will occur on Wed Jan 23rd, starting at 7pm in the Hall. In addition, the Community Association shared the concerns raised by the Community during the AGM, with the RVCA. Please come on Jan 23rd to hear their proposal for yourself and to share your thoughts with them directly!
